She has successfully implemented improved practices and optimized workflows in medical offices, from check-in to check-out. Wendy has a demonstrated history of exceeding and leading in patient satisfaction across the market. She is an expert in financial analytics and prior authorization and has an excellent track record in minimizing potential issues with the payer denying services.

In addition to medical billing and coding, Wendy has great experience in medical practice management by relocating medical practices and setting up standalone emergency rooms.

Wendy holds a diploma in Medical Billing and Coding. She has a multi-disciplinary background spanning various areas in healthcare as a medical assistant and x-ray technician.

Interests

Wendy spends her free time watching her kids play soccer and from time-to-time she plays the sport herself. In soccer and RCM, one must be quick-footed and have keen decision-making skills.
